Unborn baby 'cut out' of womb after pregnant woman lured to house by Craigslist advert

Longmont united hospital
A woman selling baby clothes on the internet lured an expectant mother to her house before stabbing her and "removing" her baby, it is alleged.
She then took the baby's remains to hospital and claimed she had suffered a miscarriage, according to police.
The unborn child did not survive the gruesome attack, which left the 26-year-old mother in emergency surgery yesterday afternoon. She had been seven months pregnant.
Police have not named the victim, who was discovered at the suspect's house with knife wounds to her stomach following a call to the emergency services.
The suspect, 34, who had advertised the clothes on Craigslist, is now being held by US police on suspicion of murder, assault and child abuse, according to a local news website.
