Pilot working for British Airways revealed how he planned to crash a plane after killing his wife with a claw hammer

Lubitz: not the first pilot to consider deliberately crashing

Robert Brown a BA pilot killed his wife Joanna in horrific attack with hammer in 2010 and was scheduled to fly BA Boeing 747 the next day.
He revealed during his trial that he planned on killing himself by crashing the plane to make a statement.
Now his victim's family say they fear that airlines have not learned from the case and are not making enough effort to assess whether pilots are genuinely fit to fly.See more pictures after the cut...
