Jessa Duggar Says God's Judgment "Should Scare You," Warns That He "Justly Condemns Sinners to Hell"

Jessa Duggar

Jessa Duggar is voicing her religious views loud and clear once again.
The 19 Kids and Counting star headed to Facebook Wednesday morning to address her fans about the controversial topics of sin and judgment in the eyes of the Bible. This time, however, she didn't hold back.

"I will speak to you a hard truth," she wrote to her 170,000 plus followers. "I do not write this because I think that it will bring me popularity. It won't. But it is truth from the Word of God: the Bible."
She continued, "In this world, people have seared their consciences. The standard of what is ‘ok' or ‘permissible' in our society today, hardly reflects God's standard."
Citing pornography, adultery and other sexual sins, Duggar believes people are "content" to live their lives no matter what others think. But in the end, it doesn't matter what society believes is or isn't acceptable. It's all up to God.
"God's judgment isn't something to be taken lightly! It should scare you!" she proclaimed. "Man's ‘judgment' is a 1000x lighter…usually just a voicing of disapproval. But when unbelieving, sinful men die and stand before God, he justly condemns them to hell."
She added, "People disregard the Bible, and instead use all kinds of human logic to try to justify their way of living."
Duggar, who is happily married to Ben Seewald, goes on to describe two anonymous people who both share beliefs that simply aren't good enough for the evangelical Baptist.
"When I saw myself in light of God's standard...I knew that I fell short. But I found hope in the Gospel—the "good news" of Jesus Christ!" Duggar explained. "I would still be lost today were it not for his grace!"
The 22-year-old urges followers to "turn away from sin" and towards Jesus Christ today. After all, Duggar believes it's the only way to "be saved from the wrath to come."
"To not tell people this is to hide the truth from them," she shared. "To keep silent is to not care for their eternal destiny. I care about you, and this is why I am speaking out!"
19 Kids and Counting airs Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. only on TLC.
